Outstanding experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire rental process, and the host was very responsive and professional. The Chevrolet Trax was practically brand new, extremely clean, and in excellent condition. It was also a great fuel saver, which made our trip around Las Vegas even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, with no surprises. The pickup and return process was simple, smooth, and very transparent. Trip was fantastic. The car was able to fit two carry on luggage cases with two backpacks in the frunk. Great handling and driving car my wife and I had a great time driving from vegas to grand canyon and Zion. Car did fantastic the front lift was great for getting in and out of gas stations without scraping. Antonio and crew were great at communicating car was on time and clean at pick up. Drop off was easy too at the Vegas airport. We will likely rent from Antonio again when we come back to visit Zion and canyon lands.

The car worked great, some cosmetic issues but nothing at all to complain about. The host is responsive and quick. All in all the car was reliable. Definitely would rent again

There's no possible way this experience could have been any better, unless maybe the host wore a tuxedo and volunteered to be my personal chauffeur LOL. Communication was prompt and excellent, and the car was exactly as described and made available well before I arrived. It was clean, in great condition, full tank of gas, what more could one want? The host clearly treats their Turo rental(s) as a business, and it shows every step of the way. Next time I'm in town, I will only rent from them. If I could leave 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Timothy was awesome! If it wasn’t for him our trio to the Grand Canyon wouldn’t have been able to happen. We had some issues with Alamo rental so we canceled our reservation with them and go on Turo and was able to rent a car the same day we needed it! Thanks so much for the clean car and being able to drop off the car the same day! Will use again for sure the next time we’re in Vegas and need a car

Phenomenal car! Even better customer service! Highly recommend renting from James. When I showed up he took the time to walk me through all the tips and tricks with the car. He started it up for me to listen to in awe. I messed the reservation up a little and he took time out of his weekend to come check the car in. Couldn’t recommend James and his car enough. Car was okay having issues when I put it in drive it stalls a lil bit here and there other then that I would rent again

First I couldn’t find it but I finally found it got to the car and it was clean on the inside but the outside was dusty because of the dust the car ran ok it burned a lot of gas and it had a leak and it was shaking the whole trip but other than that, the car was great. I will rent it again.
