Car quality was great, just as pictured. The pickup location at the Turo lot is amazing. It is very easy to get to, it took me 5 minutes to get to once I got off the plane. The host was very responsive! I had no issues and when I needed to extend my reservation due to my flight changing, there we no issues. I was able to extend my reservation within 5 minutes. I would 100% recommend the car and host. I will be renting from them again.

Car was nice and clean, the only thing was the remote unlock, I was waiting about 30 mins just to get in the car. Or else I’d give it 5 starts. Would recommend either way. Next time in here will probably get it again. Thanks

There was a temporary (nationwide) BMW app outage that prevented remote unlock, but we were on-site within minutes to get you in and on your way. Things happen. Not making any excuses, but it was out of our control. We appreciate your patience, and being understanding, and would be happy to host you again.
