The pickup location and host were great. Nick was very responsive. The car needs some love. The windshield wipers were so bad / torn that we had to replace them. The tires are unmatched and one has a bald spot which causes a shake. The shake is worse over 60mph. When we first picked up the van one tire kept going low. We found a nail in it and had it patched. There is no spare tire or jack so if it had gone flat when we were out
