Pickup instructions sent me to the lot down the street

Location pick up was confusing
Thank you for the feedback. We provide detailed pickup instructions, including a clickable walking map, to take the guesswork out of locating the vehicle. Once the map was opened and followed, the vehicle was found with ease. We always encourage guests to follow the provided directions for the smoothest pickup experience.

There was a bit of confusion with where the car was located upon arrival. We were texted and told it was in the Overflow of Remote Parking, but it was not. We wandered around looking for exact location and found nothing. There are great details about how to get to the rental car center, but the additional messages through us off course. Had to email the rental van company and wait for their call. A bit frustrating,
but all in all a great minivan.
