Great van no back screens as advertised
Thank you for your review!
We just want to clarify for future references that the screens are there and are working perfectly, you only need to flip them open in order to enjoy them. Also the vehicle needs to be at least on idle in order for them to operate.
You can also check the trip photos we took before your trip started to see the screens opened and ready to use.

Everything was good except for issues with electric charging system. Ended up finding charger in van at the end of trip. Would have been beneficial to know it was there at the beginning.

We assessed the problem with the charging and everything is working perfectly fine.
The only thing we can think of is that the guest wasn’t aware of how the charging system works and was expecting a charging system like an electric car.
