Family of 5 with a carseat. This was our first time using Turo so we didn't know what to expect. We had lots of questions and they were answered right away. We had a hard time finding the car because the rent a center pointed us to the wrong lot, but that wasn't the host issue. It mentionsnto look for flags but we couldn't find them. It was really really hot and we didn't want to spend any extra time outside more than we had to. Would definitely recommend now that I know the process.
