Mazda rental in Brooklyn, NY

I think they might have had previous experiences where they had to wait very long for the pickup/dropoff they requested notification for when I was 15 mins away vs waiting within the 30 minute window. I’m unsure if they generally park 15 minutes away for safety reasons which is totally understandable it was just kind of annoying because that’s what the pickup and drop off times are for. Overall it was a good experience, they were very communicative, informative regarding dents and small issues with the car, where the insurance information is, toll information and which gas it took. The car was very spacious on the inside and reaffirmed me wanting a Mazda for my own. Overall friendly and within the vicinity, would rent again.

Very happy with this Turo rental. Nice to drive, clean, and good fuel economy. Drop off / pick up of the car was extremely easy and perfectly on time. Would rent again.

Thank you for the last minute booking. I needed a rental and found this one on Turo. Nice car, clean. Easy pick up instructions. Pick up was in the parking garage of a grocery store, which was a little bit scary, but it was overall safe and well communicated. Just message host before hand and ask if they will unlock the car right before you get there. The newer cars may automatically lock, even if the host unlocked it prior to your pick up time.

The car quality was good. Smooth drive. Just an suggestion, a designated pickup and drop-off spot would make returning the car even easier, especially late at night when street parking can be hard to find. It would be a convenient option for customers.

Super easy and responsive, good car and fair price. 10/10 would rent again

& Flawless Experience! I rented this Mazda CX-5 for a trip, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for the perfect balance of comfort, style, and reliability, look no further. What makes this car great: The Drive: It handles incredibly well. Smooth on the highway, nimble in traffic, and feels much more like a luxury sports SUV than a standard crossover. Comfort & Tech: The interior is clean, spacious, and packed with premium features. The infotainment system is intuitive, and the cabin is quiet and comfortable for long stretches of driving. Fuel Efficiency: Excellent gas mileage for an SUV of this caliber, which was a huge plus.

Great car great host. Definitely would rent a car again.

I had a great experience with the 2022 Mazda CX-9. It’s a reliable, well-built, and comfortable SUV. The car handled the highway very confidently, stayed stable at higher speeds, and felt solid and safe throughout the drive. Steering is precise and responsive, which makes long trips easy and enjoyable.

It’s the second time that I rent a car with him. And everything it’s pretty good! The services and he’s in contact with you. Thanks.
