Communication was great and pick up and drop off were fabulous. The car quality was below par. The air-conditioning didn’t work on the way up but did work on the way back, so I’m not sure what was going on there, but it made for a miserable six hour trip. The car accelerated unevenly which caused it to shift weirdly until it got up to speed. The Gusta group tried to troubleshoot, but I had gone a pretty far distance and so it wasn’t really their fault except that the car seemed to have some issues.
