Host was communicative, prompt, and overall very easy to deal with. The car’s interior was clean, seemed well maintained mechanically, and had name brand tires (BF goodrich). Cosmetically the exterior had some minor scuffs/scratches but nothing unexpected of a rental car at a price point. Recommend both host and car.

Chris’s Cadillac IQ was absolutely incredible. The car was spotless, in perfect condition, and a pleasure to drive. The entire rental process was smooth, seamless, and Chris was extremely accommodating and easy to work with from start to finish. Don is a great host, and this is my second time renting his Model X. Overall, I’ve had another great experience. The car drives well, and the self-driving feature is always incredibly useful, especially on longer trips. The only thing I noticed is that the car was in better condition the first time I rented it. This isn’t a criticism of Don at all, I think it’s simply the result of normal wear and tear from being a rental. If anything, I hope future renters treat his vehicle with the same care they would their own by keeping it clean and taking good care of it. Don has always been reliable, responsive, and helpful throughout the rental process. I would absolutely rent from him again, and next year I might even try his Cybertruck if it’s available. Highly recommend!

The vehicles screen was not working but everything else was. I didn't mind it. The car did need oil but also not the end of the world. I informed the hosts about these two issues and they were very prompt, communicative, and helpful. Other than that, the car drove great and was super comfortable. I just hope they address those two things so future customers don't run into but I would absolutely recommend and rent a vehicle from the host again!

This was an outstanding Turo experience from start to finish. The pickup and drop-off process was truly best-in-class. Maria was incredibly accommodating by offering convenient curbside pickup and return (for a fee), which made our trip so much easier. The vehicle was dependable, clean inside, and arrived with a full tank of fuel. Throughout the rental, Maria’s communication was excellent— she was always easy to reach, responsive, and available when needed while also giving us the space to enjoy our trip without feeling micromanaged. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free Turo experience.

Great experience, great price! Communication was good. Host was accommodating. As a Tesla owner using the key card was hard to get use too but worked fine. Past Tesla renters allowed app access which made creatures comfort settings a bit easier. Using Tesla with FSD for NYC is a MUST and it did not disappoint. Navigated the streets and surrounding with minimal input from me. Gave me and my family the freedom to site see and not stress about traffic.

Host called me 2 hours before my scheduled rental to let me take the car ahead of schedule. I just waited in the parking lot and he brought the car to me. It was very clean and great throughout the trip. I would definitely rent from them over

Richard was incredible so friendly super great service was a Dwight to work with actually really looked forward to seeing him at the end of the trip. He was flexible with some changes in my travel and next time I’m in town I will do my best to rent from him again.
