Volkswagen Arteon 2021

5 stars, honestly 10/5 if I could. Raffi’s Arteon was an absolute revelation. I knew it would be nice, but I did not expect to like it this much. Great on gas, super comfortable, smooth as hell, and just an absolute highway monster. It cruises effortlessly and made the whole drive feel easy. This car is seriously slept on. I don’t think people realize what they’re getting with the Arteon until they actually drive one. It feels premium, practical, and way more fun than expected. Pickup and drop-off were easy, the car was clean, and the whole trip was excellent. I’d absolutely rent from Ralph again.

Volkswagen Golf GTI 2022

10 out of 5. This is my second car with Borna and both have been amazing. The GTI is an absolute blast: quick, sharp, cool, and full of personality. It’s modded and lowered, but not in a way that takes away from the ride at all. Just a seriously fun car. I’d rent it again in a heartbeat.

Toyota Corolla 2021

I had a great experience renting this 2021 Toyota Corolla. The host was excellent with communication and always responded quickly whenever I had a question. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and in great condition throughout my trip. There was one minor issue, but it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Other than that, everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. I would definitely rent from this host again and would recommend them to others looking for a dependable vehicle.

Car was awesome, we all really had fun. My face say my little cousin says thank you Omar, you helped make her birthday.. I would not recommend this car if you’re planning on taking it on a long trip, as it’s about a mile per percentage of the battery, so anything over 100 miles you are going to be stopping and waiting for a good 45 minutes for each charge

National Aquarium

Immerse yourself in various aquatic habitats from around the world, including a re-created salt marsh showing the landscape of Baltimore that existed long before it became a city. You'll also have a chance to stroll through Shark Alley, explore a replicated coral reef, and view more than 700 species of water-loving creatures at the National Aquarium.

Fort McHenry National Monument

Oriole Park or M&T Bank Stadium

Nothing quite captures the sporting spirit of Baltimore like a visit to the iconic Camden Yards Sports Complex. You can cheer on the Orioles at Oriole Park (often hailed as one of the most beautiful ballparks in Major League Baseball), or experience the energy of an NFL game at the M&T Bank Stadium just next door. Wander through the complex to feel the unmistakable sense of Baltimore pride.

What are the road rules and driving conditions in Baltimore?

Baltimore’s roads make it easy to get around by car, especially if you’re planning to explore beyond downtown. Major routes like I-95, I-83, and I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway) connect the city to nearby destinations such as Washington, D.C., Annapolis, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Traffic in Baltimore can be heavy during the usual morning and evening rush hour, especially on I-95, I-83, and around the Fort McHenry Tunnel. You can also expect slowdowns near downtown, the Inner Harbor, and Camden Yards during big events like Orioles or Ravens games.

Baltimore weather changes significantly throughout the year and occasionally experiences extreme weather, which can affect driving conditions. Summers are usually hot and humid, and you might also see thunderstorms or hurricanes. Winters sometimes bring snow and icy roads, requiring added precaution behind the wheel. No matter the season, allow extra time and drive carefully during wet or slippery conditions.

What is parking like in Baltimore?

Baltimore offers a variety of parking options, including metered street parking, surface lots, and private garages (like Harbor Park Garage). Some garages allow you to reserve your lot online. Always check signs for time limits, restrictions, or permit requirements to avoid fines, especially around popular attractions such as the National Aquarium and event venues during Orioles and Ravens games.

Are there toll roads in Baltimore?

Whether you’re looking for a compact car to zip around the city or a spacious SUV for longer drives, head over to the Turo app to find the right Baltimore car rental at great rates.

On each trip, you’re covered with third-party automobile liability insurance provided under a policy issued to Turo by Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company.*
