Car was clean. Drove great. Turo’s generic drop off directions were confusing, but Bernardo was fantastic at communicating. Our flight was canceled and had to change pickup airport. Called him and he walked us through it. ** Understand when using Turo platform, your rental cost isn’t the final price. You have Turo fees and tolls (expected) charged a week or two after rental. (No reflection on the host, hence 5 stars, he was great.)

He was extremely helpful, understanding, and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. I originally rented the car for my son’s prom, but unfortunately I had a last-minute wardrobe emergency and had to get his tuxedo fixed, so I wasn’t able to pick up the car myself. Thankfully, my husband was already added as an approved driver and he was able to complete the pickup without any issues. He even allowed my husband to leave his truck there, making the transition into the rental car completely stress-free. The communication, flexibility, and customer service were outstanding. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for such an important day for our family. The car and the experience exceeded our expectations.
