Very clean and well kept car that was easy to pick up from a lot near the airport. I really appreciated that there was a phone mount in the car, which seems to work with MagSafe phone cases. This car requires premium gas, which I didn’t realize until after I made the reservation. Not a big deal, but an important consideration if you’re traveling on a tight budget.

The host extended a greeting upon my arrival. The SUV had been cleaned and exhibited a new car scent, which was quite noticeable. The fuel tank was not full; therefore, I took the initiative to refuel the vehicle and address the lingering new car scent. The host expressed gratitude for these actions. To date, the experience has been without issue, proceeding smoothly and comfortably. The vehicle features leather seats, heating, air conditioning, and a sunroof, in addition to having low mileage. I am very pleased with the host. ☺️👍❤️
Great experience, great price! Communication was good. Host was accommodating. As a Tesla owner using the key card was hard to get use too but worked fine. Past Tesla renters allowed app access which made creatures comfort settings a bit easier. Using Tesla with FSD for NYC is a MUST and it did not disappoint. Navigated the streets and surrounding with minimal input from me. Gave me and my family the freedom to site see and not stress about traffic.

Michael was a great host this is the second time we used his vehicle for our family summer vacation. It’s in wonderful condition, well maintained no troubles or worries at all throughout our trip. Highly recommend and we would use his services every time we travel in and out of Newark.
Overall, I had a good experience with the rental. The vehicle did need some air in one of the tires during the trip, but the host was very responsive and willing to cover any expenses if needed. Fortunately, adding air seemed to resolve the issue and I didn’t have any further problems. There was also some minor pre-existing damage to the front right side of the vehicle, but it did not affect how the car drove at all. The vehicle got me where I needed to go without issue, and communication with the host was great throughout the trip. I would rent from this host again.
