Amazing car .. great host

The car was perfect and just what I needed. But that’s secondary to the service! I had never used Turo before and it was essential that I have a car on a last minute trip for a funeral. I worries about the logistics for only a minute before receiving a personal and informative confirmation. Everything involved with transferring the car to me and then back to them was done smoothly and with accurate and immediate communication. What a system! I will never again rent from a traditional car rental agency. This system is awesome, and specifically these guys (Kagan) were fabulous! Thank you.
