Beautiful car! It was a birthday gift for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and she absolutely loved it. 🥰 The car drove smoothly with no issues at all. Mohamed was very nice, responsive, and took the time to walk me through everything. He answered any questions I had and responded quickly throughout the rental process. Car was clean. Drove great. Turo’s generic drop off directions were confusing, but Bernardo was fantastic at communicating. Our flight was canceled and had to change pickup airport. Called him and he walked us through it. ** Understand when using Turo platform, your rental cost isn’t the final price. You have Turo fees and tolls (expected) charged a week or two after rental. (No reflection on the host, hence 5 stars, he was great.)

Gabriel meet us at EWR perfectly. Much easier than checking out a standard rental. Car was clean. Price was very good compared to renting a commercial rental. The outside had a fair number of marks on it but for me it didn't really matter. It served its purpose
