Great experience! I chose this Ford EcoSport because of the great price and convenient location close to my home. Pickup and drop-off were both very easy and hassle-free. During the trip, I needed to extend my reservation by an hour, and the host approved my request right away, which I really appreciated. The car was clean, well-kept, and comfortable to drive. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!
This ford focus was a great rental. Communication with our host was clear and reliable, car pickup was easy, and car has a designated parking spot so even though we returned close to 11:30pm, we were still able to park quickly and easily, no small task in Union City! The shuttle from Newerk is a black sprinter van labeled ARB. When you pick up your key there is very little communication from the parking attendant, I knew this from reviews, what I didn't know is they bring the car near the trailer office, so check the first rows first. I ran the entire lot before locating the vehicle. The return to the lot is also with little to know communication. We double checked to find the shuttle we 10-15 minutes away so we ordered a lyft. The vehicle itself was an older model Ford Escape which seemed maintained and worked perfectly for our trip. The AC was ive cold which was great for us. Thank you!
