The shuttle from Newerk is a black sprinter van labeled ARB. When you pick up your key there is very little communication from the parking attendant, I knew this from reviews, what I didn't know is they bring the car near the trailer office, so check the first rows first. I ran the entire lot before locating the vehicle.
The return to the lot is also with little to know communication. We double checked to find the shuttle we 10-15 minutes away so we ordered a lyft.
The vehicle itself was an older model Ford Escape which seemed maintained and worked perfectly for our trip. The AC was ive cold which was great for us. Thank you!

Pick up was really not a great experience, 1) no way to track where shuttle was(had to message back and forth about 20 times) 2)walked in to tell them we were here… was just handed keys and told car was outside (mind you there were thousands of cars in this lot with no organization), car smelled of smoke, keys were basically dead the entire trip. Their solution was to bring the car back and “maybe” they could provide a solution.
The pickup/dropoff location was a mess. Not really a safe location to be picking up with children or luggage.
For the price of this rental I expected more.
