Erlis (and his wife) was a great host. Communication and timeliness was consistent and reasonable. Erlis helped tremendously with an issue I was having and went above and beyond as a host to assure the issue was resolved. The Audi A3 was at a great price and drove very smoothly and the maitenance was up to date. Although I had just a one day reservation, I enjoyed the vehicle and the hosts. I would recommend to others to get the experience of a nice vehicle and great hosts. Hopefully, I will be a repeat customer.

Car was great, had a great experience driving the car and also with the while rental. There is readily available support which was timely - I had issues connecting my phone via CarPlay and the staff walked me through nicely. I will definitely rent again, highly recommended!

This car was amazing. Drives smooth and the cabin is quiet. Pickup and drop off were a breeze even with my booking being last minute. This car is pretty good on gas for a 3 row suv. Expect to average about 18mpg. Everything worked as it should and the car performed well. The 3rd row is a bit tight even with the middle row seats all the way forward so keep that in mind if you plan to use it. Overall had a great experience and would absolutely rent this car again.

Great experience overall. Pickup and drop-off at EWR airport were smooth and well coordinated. The car had a lingering odor from a previous renter, but the host was understanding, apologetic, and responsive. He had already tried to take care of it before my trip and reimbursed me for odor eliminator products. Overall a great experience. The Audi Q5 drove great and was perfect for our trips around NJ, NYC, New England, and upstate NY. Plenty of space for passengers and luggage. Would rent again.
