The process of picking up the car was very troublesome. I was made to walk through a gigantic parking lot before being provided with the actual location of my rental vehicle, which made the pickup unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
The checkout process was also unnecessarily complicated. The host required multiple photos of me with the vehicle before I could leave, which is something I have never experienced with any other provider on Turo. Overall, both the pickup and return procedures were far more difficult and time-consuming than they needed to be.

The car was overall in good condition, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because the car had a strong smoke smell when I picked it up. I contacted the team about it and was told there was no time to wash the car before my trip, even though there had been enough time before my reservation. I also was not reimbursed for the cost of having the car cleaned.
Additionally, the brakes squeaked occasionally, which was concerning.
Overall, the car itself was good, but the smoke smell, lack of preparation before the rental, and no reimbursement for the cleaning made the experience disappointing. I expected the car to be clean and ready for the next guest.

I have zero idea what this review is about. The car was spotless when you received it. The breaks on this car were replaced less than 200 miles ago.
You never once messaged us regarding the car not being clean, let alone breaks squeaking.
This must be regarding another trip with another host.
Staff was super helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately!
Car was ok, a bit dusty on the outside, but overall fine. The only problem that I had was dirty windshield and old wipers that were not able to clean the windshield. It was inconvenient in the evening as light from coming cars was reflecting on the dirt and driving was uncomfortable.

We are sorry that the exterior of the car didn’t meet your standards of cleanliness. We clean both the interior and exterior of cars. We recently replaced the windshield wipers so I am surprised to hear about the inconvenience. We have replaced the wipers.
