Not only was the car a gray drive, but the host was very very courteous. It was a smooth pick up and a Smooth delivery I will definitely rent again. It was a wonderful experience and even more wonderful car.

I’ve used Turo across the country but would not use a Totonar car in Newark again. First car chosen was cancelled. They substituted another similar car but with 100k miles and demand you put premium gas in it and provide a receipt. Car exterior was not washed on pickup. Inside was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. I paid to pickup/drop off at the airport and then on the day of drop off the demand I leave it a hotel and take a shuttle bus. “We have 30 cars and 4 guys.” Sorry, not my problem. Hire more guys. Rude, poorly run outfit.

Transparency is key, all holiday pickups are conducted at double tree at EWR. All the instructions and directions were provided to you the second you booked the trip. If that didn’t work for you, you did not need to proceed with the trip. You booked one of our last cars available for the major holiday.
The car was professionally detailed.

The hosts was excellent with communication. The pick up was easy and seamless. The host was able to help me select a car that best fit my knees and the return process was super simple and the communication again was open and effective. Highly recommend!
