I had a great experience renting with Totonar. I had originally booked a different car with only about 2 hours notice but when that ended up being unavailable, they upgraded me to a different car for the same price. One of the hosts was on site and was able to help me locate the car in the garage and he even helped me locate the key. Overall, the hosts were helpful and communicative.
The car itself has clearly been well-used and the interior seemed like it had been recently returned from a different trip, from the look of the floor mats, but I didn’t mind that. The car ran and drove very smoothly, felt reliable, and when the system asked me to top up the oil, I found a bottle ready to go in the trunk.
I got delayed on my return and my trip extensions were no problem. Return was a breeze.
I would definitely rent from Totonar again for my next trip!

Pick up was really bad and frustrating. Didn’t have the key code handy. No instructions for connecting phone to stereo. Gate didn’t open as we were leaving. Car also had a broken mirror. Then during the trip we had mechanical issues.

There are zero mechanic issues with this car. You didn’t pull up to the gate correct to get out of the lot, again not our fault you incapable of following simple instructions.
