All perfect, we had problems with the regular car rental companies, due to price and credit card requirements, booked through Turo Youseff was great quickly responded and delivered the car within an hour to the airport.

The host was legit amazing. Could not be happier with each of the team members. One met me at pickup and one at drop off to make this the easiest rental possible. They were very responsible and helpful, tracking my gate and time for the return. Car was very cute and easy to park and navigate. Large trunk with the back aeara down. The back window pane rattles a bit but they plan to address that so you can just ask b4 renting or expect it to rattle over bumps.

I really enjoyed renting Ivan's Tesla - | loved it so much that I even extended my trip. This was my first time driving a Tesla, and the pickup process with Ivan was super easy. He's very responsive, understanding, and made everything smooth from start to finish. I will definitely rent from him again. There were way more positives than negatives. The car is beautiful, drives great, has amazing AC, and honestly made me want to buy a Tesla. My friends loved it too. For transparency, the battery life wasn't the best so I had to recharge multiple times, the car made a few small noises, and one of the windows adjustment buttons was broken. The scratches on the car didn't bother me at all. So… Amazing host, Great experience and a car that made my whole trip better. Five stars !

This was my first experience using Turo. Everything was seamless and more convenient than most of if not all of my traditional car rentals. The car was delivered to us at the curb outside of baggage claim and we returned it to our host at the departure curb as we entered the airport terminal. All at a much more affordable price. Thanks to our host!!

I rented this vehicle through Turo from June 18–23 while visiting New Jersey from Nevada. This was one of the most stressful rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I do not believe this vehicle should have been available for rent in its condition. When the vehicle was delivered, I immediately noticed a New Jersey REJECTED inspection sticker, which indicated the vehicle had failed its state inspection. That alone made me question whether it was safe to drive. As I drove the vehicle throughout my trip, I experienced several serious safety concerns: * The brakes made a loud grinding/crunching noise whenever I applied them. Every time I had to stop, I became increasingly concerned about whether the vehicle would stop safely. * My passengers noticed the problem as well. My sister and her children rode with me, and they repeatedly became anxious whenever I braked. My sister would actually flinch because she was worried about whether the car would stop in time. That level of fear from passengers is not normal. * The low tire pressure warning light remained on, causing me additional concern. I had to stop and have the tires checked because I was worried I might experience a flat tire while driving. * The front bumper was being held together with tape, which is clearly visible and gave me even more concern about the vehicle’s overall condition. What made the situation even worse was that I could not reach the host after the vehicle was delivered. I attempted to contact them regarding the issues I was experiencing, but I was unable to get the support I needed. When you’re renting a vehicle—especially while traveling over 2,000 miles from home—you expect the host to be available if safety concerns arise. Instead of enjoying my trip, I spent much of it worried about whether the brakes would function properly, whether I would experience a tire problem, and whether I could safely transport my family. No renter should have to feel that way. I have photographs documenting the rejected inspection sticker and the taped bumper, and I hope Turo carefully reviews whether this vehicle met the platform’s safety standards before allowing it to be rented. For the safety of future renters, I cannot recommend this vehicle or this host based on my experience.

Great host and very easy rental experience. Serge was responsive, clear with pickup and drop off instructions, and flexible with coordination. The car was clean, as described, and everything went smoothly during the trip. Would definitely rent from him again.

The car was perfect , clean and arrived with a full tank . It was delivered before the agreed time to my hotel address . The host was pleasant , and fantastic with all communication , as well as sorting out an error I had made . He made the process hassle free and everything was perfect and ran smoothly . I would highly recommend him and his vehicle for great service and value...!!!!!.......

Felt like he lent me his car! They were generous enough to meet me at the airport, but there is no real flexibility. I got in early but had to wait til they got there at the pick up time. Just circumstances. Otherwise, 8 out of 5!
