I have never, ever had such a great car rental experience! I rented through Turo this weekend, and the service from this team was truly outstanding.
In the past, I’ve often had issues with rental companies being late, but that wasn’t the case at all this time. They were punctual, incredibly helpful, and provided clear instructions for a smooth and safe pickup and drop-off. They even showed me how to open the fuel door and explained how the car worked, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the start.
The customer service was exceptional, and the whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
