Quality 10/10, Host 10/10, trip 10/10. I must say, I’ve never met a host as helpful and accommodating as Alexis. I encountered a minor issue, and just for updates, I told Alexis, and he was quick to offer the best solutions/options, even offered to show up if necessary. Whether the issue is major or minor, these are the type of hosts that you’d want in your corner. It was a great and stress-free experience, especially to know that there’s someone who is quick to respond and available should any issues arise. I would absolutely book with Alexis again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and responsive host.

Great rental for our family! The car ran smoothly the entire trip and was surprisingly great on gas - we drove all over NJ and NYC and only filled up once. It easily fit our two car seats, and the trunk had plenty of room for a pack-and-play, luggage, backpacks, and more. The backup camera was helpful, and while there’s no Apple CarPlay, we were able to connect our phones to play music, which was a lifesaver with two kids. Just know this is an older, city-driven car with nearly 200k miles, so it has some cosmetic damage. Make sure to take photos before your trip. Also, the passenger window only works from the driver’s controls. None of this affected our trip, and the car was mechanically sound and handled city driving and parking with no problems. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with. One thing to plan for is airport pickup and return - you’ll need to take the rental car shuttle and meet on a nearby side street, so it’s not a curbside airport pickup. Overall, this was a great value and exactly what we needed. We’d definitely rent it again for getting around the city. Thanks!

Daniel is truly a one-in-a-million host. The car was excellent, and he was incredibly accommodating and flexible with a last-minute rental. More than that, he was kind and understanding when a family emergency caused a delay in our return. In a stressful moment, he chose kindness over business and was genuinely more concerned about our well-being than the inconvenience. I cannot overstate how much that meant. The car itself was wonderful: clean, comfortable, and drove beautifully. Daniel was also thoughtful and communicative throughout, including giving us a helpful heads-up when fireworks-related closures could have affected the return so we could plan accordingly. I would absolutely rent from Daniel again and highly recommend him.
