I really needed Apple CarPlay for ease of navigation. I was planning on driving through an un unfamiliar area and picked this car because it said it had Apple CarPlay. When I picked up, I found out it did not have CarPlay, and the host ignored my messages about it.
Disappointed in being misled during the booking and disappointed in the lack of communication as the host did not even bother to communicate with me after I mentioned it. All around disappointed and it made my trip rather uncomfortable and inconvenient having to drive with my
Phone in hand to navigate.
