Car was ok. Great for my trip. Right mirror was not working unfortunately and the trunk smells a bit. Also the driver’s seat starts shaking at 40mph a bit. Paint is chipping on exterior but nothing was really a big deal. overall the car was very drivable and friendly. Pickup and drop off was super ez.

Fun, comfy little hatchback that served well! I think we did a total 170~ mile round trip to a wedding with it and the ride was smooth throughout — the car is well maintained relative to the mileage. Was happy with the car and would consider renting from Jenny again. No issues with pickup or drop off, instructions were clear and helpful.

For my first trip with Turo, Jay was great and very communicative. Vehicle was clean, handled well., but did have a few chips and scratches on the vehicle at pickup. Jay was great with the upfront documentation needed, but I was a little bummed about the navigation/bluetooth connectivity options being put behind an add-on package to the trip, as that is now standard in modern vehicles from other rental chains. The self driving add-on made sense due to the extra price the owner would take on to get that software for the vehicle through Tesla.

When choosing a vehicle for navigating College Point and New York City, consider compact or mid-size cars for their maneuverability in tight urban spaces. These smaller vehicles are ideal for navigating narrow streets and finding parking spots more easily. If you're planning longer trips outside the city, a comfortable sedan might be a good choice. For families or groups, a minivan or SUV could provide more space and comfort, especially for exploring areas beyond College Point.
