Roland set the the bar so high for every other Car Rental experience I’ve ever had or likely ever will, till I’m back in NYC and rebook w him. Hope to get to interact with you again. Thank you so much.
Uzi was my host and did a fantastic job keeping in contact throughout the whole pre rental and post rental process. Rental was seamless. Will definitely contact him again for future trips to NYC.

The car was very clean on the inside. It drove well. It felt safe. It was an easy pickup in the terminal parking lot. There were a number of scratches on the car but they weren't substantial and didn't impact my trip.

Smooth pick up and drop off. No frills solid car, great gas mileage. Spacious for a compact. Would rent again!

Car was in perfect condition and no smells/perfume/synthetic smells. Christopher dropped the car off for me in FRONT of my apartment building AND alerted me to parking needs on the street. He also picked it up for me before street parking came into effect. He dropped the car to me before pick up time and all I had to do was access the key and go. His efforts made my trip incredibly easy and manageable. Thank you!

For my first trip with Turo, Jay was great and very communicative. Vehicle was clean, handled well., but did have a few chips and scratches on the vehicle at pickup. Jay was great with the upfront documentation needed, but I was a little bummed about the navigation/bluetooth connectivity options being put behind an add-on package to the trip, as that is now standard in modern vehicles from other rental chains. The self driving add-on made sense due to the extra price the owner would take on to get that software for the vehicle through Tesla.

great car for a short road trip. pick up and drop off were super easy and host was very communicative about everything we needed. couldn’t have asked for a better ride!

Everything was very easy, Uzi accommodated beyond my expectations and was an absolute gentleman. I highly recommend this company. To service your rental car needs.
I had some minor issues with the car but the host was super responsive and I was able to address them quickly which didn’t impact my travel. The car was very clean when I picked it up. Pickup and drop off were very seamless. I would rent from Diego again.

Car is excellent one to get out of the city and wherever you need. Pickup at the garage is easy and location in NYC is ideal. Communication with the hosts was fast and efficient. Would rent again.
