The car rental experience was amazing. The whole team was helpful and respond in a timely manner.

Roland set the the bar so high for every other Car Rental experience I’ve ever had or likely ever will, till I’m back in NYC and rebook w him. Hope to get to interact with you again. Thank you so much.

Great rental for our family! The car ran smoothly the entire trip and was surprisingly great on gas - we drove all over NJ and NYC and only filled up once. It easily fit our two car seats, and the trunk had plenty of room for a pack-and-play, luggage, backpacks, and more. The backup camera was helpful, and while there’s no Apple CarPlay, we were able to connect our phones to play music, which was a lifesaver with two kids. Just know this is an older, city-driven car with nearly 200k miles, so it has some cosmetic damage. Make sure to take photos before your trip. Also, the passenger window only works from the driver’s controls. None of this affected our trip, and the car was mechanically sound and handled city driving and parking with no problems. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with. One thing to plan for is airport pickup and return - you’ll need to take the rental car shuttle and meet on a nearby side street, so it’s not a curbside airport pickup. Overall, this was a great value and exactly what we needed. We’d definitely rent it again for getting around the city. Thanks!

Roland was a great host. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. He was also very accommodating and allowed me to return the car early, which made my trip even more convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from him again.

Amazing host, went above and beyond with getting the vehicle to us and took great care of us. Vehicle was great for our trip and hope to rent a vehicle again.

Good car. Reliable. Clean. Great interaction with host. Will rent again.
Great little runabout of a car. Phenomenal MPGs! Good commnication. Thank you. Will rent from you again next time I'm in NY.

The car was very clean on the inside. It drove well. It felt safe. It was an easy pickup in the terminal parking lot. There were a number of scratches on the car but they weren't substantial and didn't impact my trip.

The car ran great and Satbir was a wonderful and communicative and flexible host. Would absolutely rent this car again!

Easy pick up and drop off near the airport. The car was in good condition and had no issues driving. Communication was smooth and responsive. Definitely rent if you are coming to NY.

The car was clean and a great drive! Kevin was very responsive. Will definitely rent again
diego was communicative and everything was smooth with this car! would rent again!

For my first trip with Turo, Jay was great and very communicative. Vehicle was clean, handled well., but did have a few chips and scratches on the vehicle at pickup. Jay was great with the upfront documentation needed, but I was a little bummed about the navigation/bluetooth connectivity options being put behind an add-on package to the trip, as that is now standard in modern vehicles from other rental chains. The self driving add-on made sense due to the extra price the owner would take on to get that software for the vehicle through Tesla.
Great experience Uzi our co-host was available for us all the time I would definitely rent this car again Thank you
