Car worked and pick up was easy. But could use some work on suspension/rotors. Can’t complain too much for the price.

Car in excellent condition. Clean interior. Liang makes pick up and drop off super convenient, and avoid messing with shuttle to rental cars. Have now booked with Liang twice and will do so next time I am need car rental at LGA

Car was ok. Great for my trip. Right mirror was not working unfortunately and the trunk smells a bit. Also the driver’s seat starts shaking at 40mph a bit. Paint is chipping on exterior but nothing was really a big deal. overall the car was very drivable and friendly. Pickup and drop off was super ez.

Amazing car and amazing host. Could not ask for better service and communication. Super flexible and easy to set up pick up and drop off. Car is also amazing. Will rent again

For my first trip with Turo, Jay was great and very communicative. Vehicle was clean, handled well., but did have a few chips and scratches on the vehicle at pickup. Jay was great with the upfront documentation needed, but I was a little bummed about the navigation/bluetooth connectivity options being put behind an add-on package to the trip, as that is now standard in modern vehicles from other rental chains. The self driving add-on made sense due to the extra price the owner would take on to get that software for the vehicle through Tesla.

Car was immaculate and the host was great with pick up and drop off. Highly recommend.
Great car and wonderful host. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless. The host is friendly and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly

Kevin was a terrific host. Punctual. Accommodating and his vehicle was clean and ran smoothly. Will definitely use him again for our next trip to NY

Great communication, super clean car with amazing gas mileage. Very clear instructions for pick up and drop off.

Excellent Turo host. He went above and beyond by dropping the car off at airport arrivals and meeting us at departure, making the whole process seamless. Great communication and overall experience. Highly recommend! - Also a fun car to drive.

Pickup and drop Off is a bit cumbersome. Wish someone came to the terminal with the car for pick up and drop off
