This car is not safe to rent out to people. Immediately when we pulled out of the parking spot the e-brake handle came off and we called Serge who came very quickly and turned off the e-brake. Then while we were driving we discovered the drivers seat couldn’t be adjusted, making it so I couldn’t drive the car because I’m much shorter than my boyfriend. He also couldn’t see properly out of the rear view mirror bc the seat wouldn’t go back any farther. If I had rented the car by myself I wouldn’t have been able to drive it.
Definitely not safe to rent to the public and shouldn’t be listed until it’s fixed.
Serge’s response time was fast, which was appreciated bc we were on a time schedule. Having no e-brake was slightly nerve racking and makes me wonder what else is possibly wrong with the car, making it unsafe to drive.

Sorry for the ubpleasant experience.
The parking brake handle was broken by the previous guest, he didn't let me know about it and I'm are fixing it immediately. As for the seat controls, on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, they are located on the driver's door panel rather than on the seat itself, which led to the misunderstanding regarding seat adjustments. The seat controls were fully functional.
