The pickup was convenient and car was clean. However, the center console of the screen does not work, meaning many of the listed features of this car also do not work (Bluetooth connection, backup camera, navigation, etc.) I see this has been mentioned in previous reviews, so it seems it is an ongoing issues that is not being addressed, while still presenting this car as having all the additional features.

The vehicles screen was not working but everything else was. I didn't mind it. The car did need oil but also not the end of the world. I informed the hosts about these two issues and they were very prompt, communicative, and helpful. Other than that, the car drove great and was super comfortable. I just hope they address those two things so future customers don't run into but I would absolutely recommend and rent a vehicle from the host again!

I expected a fully smooth experience, but the following occurred.
1) Master Warning Light with Inspection Due in a matter of a day of driving
2) The screen on the car simply stopped appearing
Not the greatest experience, but the hosts were communicative. Hopefully the car I rented can get a better inspection for future customers, as I do believe that many will express confusion and frustration if they were to face the same issues.
