Fantastic ride. The Audi was exceptionally clean and ran beautifully. Most of all, Caroline’s communication and the airport pick up/drop off is the reason to rent her car. She is clear, concise and kind. This was our first time traveling with our baby so we were more than a little bit nervous. She made the airport transition so easy. Then drop off was just as easy. My sister also rented from turo for this trip but needed to leave an hour before we did even though we were on the same flight because they had to return a car in a parking lot or something.
