Awesome car and even more awesome host. The Mazda SUV was comfortable to drive. It is spacious. The host was also very responsive via phone and quickly arranged pickup and drop off between airport and car's location. Thanks turo

Great experience. The host was very flexible and responsive. Car was clean interior and exterior when it arrived and filled with gas. Car was great for a ski trip to Vermont. Excellent experience and will rent from them again.

This provider is usually very easy to work with. This time there was a miscommunication. It should be made clear when booking that returning the car early incurs airport garage parking fees to the renter. It feels like being punished for being early (or late) when one doesn't have control over the traffic.
That being said, I would still do business with them.
