Car was good, customer service was friendly and prompt, however we had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be dropped off after we landed even though we coordinated arrival and called when landed. Communication can be improved so if there has to be a wait, you can stay in the terminal with restrooms and food. We have only had fast and easy experiences with Turo, so this was a surprise.
