This is was my first experience using Turo on a family vacation, and we were really hoping for a smooth trip and unfortunately it had a few hiccups. After a long day of traveling the car was late and shortly after that we experienced an issue with the wipers flying off onto a busy street (which we retrieved.) Lucky after some time the host was able to bring us some new wipers. We also had an issue with the key fob battery. The host had promised to reach out to customer support for a refund to be issued for the inconveniences, and we have yet to hear back from her or Turo for next steps.
