I think they might have had previous experiences where they had to wait very long for the pickup/dropoff they requested notification for when I was 15 mins away vs waiting within the 30 minute window. I’m unsure if they generally park 15 minutes away for safety reasons which is totally understandable it was just kind of annoying because that’s what the pickup and drop off times are for. Overall it was a good experience, they were very communicative, informative regarding dents and small issues with the car, where the insurance information is, toll information and which gas it took. The car was very spacious on the inside and reaffirmed me wanting a Mazda for my own. Overall friendly and within the vicinity, would rent again.
