Pickup and drop off were very easy. Skye was very responsive, helped work through issues quickly, and is an extremely kind and gracious host.
Unfortunately, due to significant issues with the car, I can’t in good conscience give a review higher than 1 star. The car itself drove well, but we experienced significant mechanical issues including a malfunctioning, dripping A/C unit that initially did not blow cold air. And dry rotted tires that resulted in a flat 1-2 hours into our drive out of the city.
Both front tires were replaced at a repair center during our voyage and the A/C recharged. However, the A/C continued to only blow air in the rear of the car … which doesn’t quite keep up with true summer heat.
This car is the worse for wear. And I would not recommend renting it until a full repair of the A/C system is completed and the car is fully inspected by a proper mechanic.
