I was a little hesitant to rent an older car but it was in great shape! Interior was super clean, the van rode and drove great! It fit our family of 7 comfortably with suitcases and backpacks just fi e. The directions of how to pick up, drop off, and everything else was extremely helpful! I’m giving Terry a 5 star rating for his communication and support with the refund process. The car’s exterior is in good condition. However, the pictures of the car posted, are not images of the car you are renting. The interior looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a few years. There was years of build up in the console. There were stains on the passenger seat and driver seat. Additionally, the car was covered in dog hair and smelled as such. I had to cancel the reservation after discovering the car’s condition. While I understand the listing is at a reasonable price, the car’s condition clearly does not meet Toro’s rental community standards. For that reason, I was immediately refunded for the trip.
