The method to get the car was easy to understand and the instructions provided by the host were clear and concise and the car was clean and neat upon arrival. However, the car had a distinct cigarette smell. We are all non-smokers and the smell made several of us nauseous. We hoped after running the AC the smell would go away but it remained for the entire trip and was quite unpleasant. I messaged the host immediately once we arrived to the car about the issue and the message was read but the host did not reply to fix the issue or offer any sort of solution.

Jose was a LIFESAVER! When I attempted to rent a car through standard rental agencies for my trip to Boston, everything was sold out. I searched online, discovered Turo for the first time, and decided to give it a try. I am SO GLAD I did!!! Communication was excellent, the instructions were clear, and pick-up and drop-off were smooth and super convenient. The car was in perfect condition: clean, and drove beautifully. I highly recommend Jose and Maria! Thank you for making my trip so wonderful!!
