Pickup and drop off was easy! However, the car smelled faintly like smoke, even with the provided air freshener.

The smoking is an issue that Turo is working on rectifying. Some customers are aware of the lax policies and take advantage of them. We always do our best to alleviate any odors, but we fell short this time. Our apologies.
The Honda was great and took us on all our adventures without any issues.
