Alan's Car Rental was great. Everything was so easy for pickup and drop-off. They took all the pictures and were super friendly. The car was clean and in perfect working order. They even checked what phone I had ahead of time to ensure I had the correct charger cable onboard.

5⭐️ Alan is by far the best Turo host I have dealt with. He is extremely reliable and very quick to respond and makes sure everything is taken care of. Every time I have booked with him the cars have been very clean and I have had no issues at all. My most recent booking there was a problem where the car I booked was not returned by the previous customer. Alan went about and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he gave me 4 different options for other cars I could take and they were all newer and double the price of the one I originally booked. I highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a vehicle to book with Alan.

I needed a family vehicle for months as we have recently moved to the Boston Area and ended using Turo and found brand new Ford Escape hosted by Orges. The SUV was great on gas and easy to use. Orges was a great host and handled all our questions and worked around our schedules. I’ll be back this fall and would definitely be renting once again on Turo and will be using Orges’s car and service.

Renting a van through Turo for our day trip to Water Country was the best decision. The host was absolutely amazing and provided a van that was sparkling clean and fully equipped for our group. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was, by far, my best Turo experience! The car was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the host was fantastic with communication throughout the rental. The only minor thing I noticed was that the music would briefly cut out occasionally while using Apple CarPlay, but that seems more like a CarPlay quirk than an issue with the vehicle itself. Overall, I had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Alan again. Highly recommend!
