I usually rent from a major car service at the airport, but this time I tried Turo to save on costs—and I’m glad I did. Juan’s car was an excellent choice: brand new, reliable, spacious, and comfortable enough to fit four adult men plus plenty of fishing gear (we were chasing the world-famous Bluefin tuna at Cape Cod). On top of that, I saved about $1,000 compared to the big rental companies. Admittedly, renting through Turo at Boston Logan comes with some extra logistics. Parking, pickup, and drop-off can take more time and effort compared to a traditional rental counter. However, I had the flexibility to handle those minor inconveniences, and the savings made it more than worthwhile. Juan’s prompt communication and support also made the process much smoother. If you have a little extra time to work with at the airport, I would highly recommend Juan’s fleet of Turo cars.

Juan was an excellent host — great communication, smooth pickup and return, and the car was exactly as described (and spotless). With regards to the Sante Fe specifically, I've driven a number of high end luxury SUVs and I must say the Sante Fe stacks up to all of them, and in some cases surpassing its SUV brethren. The features packed into the car is ridiculous! From the technology to the premium feeling accents such as the wood dash and heads up display, you feel like you're in a high end luxury SUV. And the ride is buttery smooth. I enjoyed every minute driving the SF. I think i even shed a tear when I returned it, lol. Seriously, if you are going to rent from Turo in the Boston area, DO NOT overlook Juan and his beautiful Hyundai Santa F

The car drove very well and aside from understanding sticky ness in the cup holders. The front right tire had a tiny leak and we had to spend 3 dollars to raise the pressure from 19 psi to 44 which all the other tires were at and the car was missing. It was not an issue however when notifying the staff for some reason instead of expressing their understanding and re assuring me that it was not a major issue because all their cars are set to have their tires at 25 psi disregarding my concern or offering a solution but kind of mocking me as if I was making up the fact it was the only tire with less than half of the PSI at the beginning of a week long rental. My main concern came from it being an issue on long drives and caring for the car as my own. Any negatives are not worth any loss rating and the staff being understanding of needing an extra 45 minutes to return the rental when we tried extending it for another day but was told it was unavailable and we needed the car for important commitments. No smoking was great and we will rent again.

Easy pickup. Car worked great. Definitely smelled like cigarette smoke which is a plus if you like it and a minus if you don’t. Got good gas mileage (30 mpg highway). Would rent from them again.
