I requested a bit more time for my return, and she kindly granted me an additional two-hour window without hesitation. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.The Prius I rented was in excellent condition very clean, well maintained, and ready to go. It drove perfectly smooth, and the fuel efficiency was impressive, making it an ideal choice for both city and highway driving. You can tell she takes great care of her vehicles. Overall, I highly recommend Pu to anyone using the Turo app. She is reliable, respectful, and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a positive experience. I would definitely rent from her again without hesitation.

10/10 I rented the 2021 Toyota Highlander for 5 days and had an excellent experience throughout. The car was in fantastic condition, smooth, comfortable, and reliable for both city driving and longer trips. It easily accommodated our plans and made every journey enjoyable. The host was exceptional, courteous, communicative, and punctual. They delivered the vehicle directly to my doorstep, which made the process incredibly convenient. Truly above and beyond.
