I would rent again from Arun in a heartbeat. I was traveling for business and his quick communication and reliable vehicle were just what I needed. I drove over 800 miles and had no issues at all with the truck. Parking in his designated spot was the only challenge because of a few tight corners.

I had car issues and found myself needing a rental car ASAP. One aggravating thing I find about Turo is that people do not keep their calendars updated, and their car is not available because they are out of town, etc. Meanwhile you are stranded and you need a car, you book something thinking that since it's listed, it's available. Then you get a message saying "sorry, unfortunately..." This is annoying because not everyone is looking for a fun day, some people actually need a car. Kyle was completely the opposite, extremely dependable and reliable. The guy wrote back to me at 1 AM! are you kidding? can you imagine the relief to know that a car was going to be ready for me just 6 hours later. He was also very nice in putting up with my odd hours and flexible in terms of the pick up and return. Also the truck is super cool and fun to rent. Highly recommended. Thanks, Kyle.

I travel to Boston 3-4 times per year and have previously rented from companies at the airport. Henry just provided the best rental experience I've had overall in Boston. He was courteous, easy to work with, and offered a decent value. I rented a 2010 Chevy Avalanche with around 140K miles. It has wear and tear appropriate for such a vehicle but it was reliable and comfortable. I'm very likely to rent it or another of Henry's vehicles again. Very efficient and seamless transaction including curbside pickup/drop-off at BOS.

I know Christopher doesn’t have many reviews, he is new to Turo, BUT he is so so legit. Usually I only go with cars that have 20-30+ reviews, so I took a chance and WOW. This truck is sick. You aren’t going to find a rig like this anywhere else and Chris made it so easy. My flight got in at 1am and he was there on the dot! No waiting, nothing. The car was freshly detailed and looked beautiful. I hope next time I come back it’s available because now I’m spoiled, there’s nothing else I want to rent!

Shaun was very easy to communicate with. He was one of the few Boston based rentals that didn’t charge an absurd delivery fee to meet me at the airport. When we met for pick up and drop off Shaun was there right on time right outside the terminal in the App Lot. It made it very easy to hop in and drive! The car was very smooth and spacious.
