Car ran great and host was very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we had to extend the rental. Only negative was you can tell someone had been smoking cigarettes in the vehicle. Pickup instructions could have been more detailed as they did not include the parking garage row letter. Overall I would rent from this host again happily.

Unfortunately, the garage itself doesn’t have row letters or numbers posted, which makes providing more detailed instructions difficult. We’ve already shared this suggestion with Turo and hope they”ll improve the signage in the future .
