Great ride. Clean car. Only downside was the tank was not full when we picked up.
Just to clarify, you did not select the pre-paid fuel option when booking the trip. So this means that you are not required to fill the tank when dropping off the car, just at the level you received it at.

Truck was CLEAN and maintained exquisitely! The host was very flexible and not at all angry when I called at 1:00am cause I am unfamiliar with the airport!
Also, there are a lot of trucks on the road in Boston, and I got quite a few compliments being a female and handling that truck 🤗 I will be in Boston more often since my son is attending college there in the Fall and I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer.

Communication was difficult, I tried to get a hold of the host to confirm pick up and it was very stressful not hearing back.
Ma’am I had called and confirmed with you beforehand that I would be about 20 minutes late to the drop off time due to traffic. I ensure to be punctual with responding for all active trips.

1st Time Turo renter and this was an incredible experience. The Tacoma was amazing and the instructions were very simple and easy to follow.
