Complete panic because every car rental place said they had nothing. I forgot it was a long weekend! Was suggested try this, car share. Was a little expensive but it was a peace of mind and a piece of cake, getting to car via bus, finding the car. Smooth. Rerun was just as easy. Would highly recommend depending on your price. But even a little quicker than going to a rental and waiting…

Car and host were excellent. Host was responsive and car was as advertised. No issues with either. I do have an issue with the Turo business model. The advertised price for the car was very enticing but after all of the add-ons when checking out it was close to the same amount for a regular rental car. I also found out my insurance company would not cover peer-to-peer rentals, forcing me to purchase Turo insurance. Not happy with all of the add-ons. Would much prefer total price transparency! Again...no issue at all with the host or the car.
The car is really great! It drives nicely, has apple car play, good a/c and stereo! It was super clean and tidy when we picked it up as well. Ghulam was very responsive, kind, and flexible when we needed to adjust pick up time! We had no issues whatsoever, I’d book this again!

Pick up was great. Another host had cancelled our reservation while we were on our flight. This host was able to accommodate us on a short notice. The car is older, but in good repair and was perfect for our trip. Because it's older it doesn't have a USB port to plug in your phone to charge, so just be aware that you may want an adapter to use the cigarette lighter power port. Otherwise, great economical car!

The car was spotless, easy to find, comfortable, and incredibly economical on gas, which made exploring the area even better! What really set this experience apart was Brian himself. Our travel plans changed due to a flight delay, and we needed to extend our rental. Brian made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was accommodating, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Everything about this rental was seamless, and having such a great experience with Brian made an already amazing trip that much better. We would absolutely rent from him again without hesitation. Five stars all around 100% recommend!
