Car quality was good; however car exterior was super dirty. Car should be provided clean exterior and interior. It looked bad to drive with a dirty looking car.
The location the car was parked is Central parking where it was very difficult to find.
The host was communicating when needed. So no issues there.
Finally, the gas on the car was not filled to full, it was less than half. This is a trick that was played so that the renter gets confused and fill the tank more than it was given. This is not so good from the host’s part.
Thank you for your feedback. During springtime in Boston, pollen and flower powder can settle on cars very quickly, even after cleaning. The vehicle was provided in reasonable clean condition with no dirt or anything significantly covering it.
For the gas level, Turo policy is to return the car at the same level as pickup. It was not a trick, but we understand your concern and will take your feedback into consideration.
