Great host overall! She was very responsive, the car was in good condition, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the car had a noticeable smoke smell when I received it. She acknowledged it right away and apologized, explaining it was due to a previous renter. I appreciated her transparency and communication.
Aside from that, everything was excellent and I’d still recommend renting from her.
