Garrett is an amazing host - consistently going above and beyond. Included a welcome goodie bag and very clear instructions. Only hitch is that the car is located 15min from the airport which turns into 40 at rush hour. But when I mentioned that would make me late for a reservation, Garrett didn’t hesitate to have the car brought to me later in the evening while providing me a limo to dinner. This is the best service you could ask for. The car was immaculate and in like new mechanical condition

Car and host were excellent. Host was responsive and car was as advertised. No issues with either. I do have an issue with the Turo business model. The advertised price for the car was very enticing but after all of the add-ons when checking out it was close to the same amount for a regular rental car. I also found out my insurance company would not cover peer-to-peer rentals, forcing me to purchase Turo insurance. Not happy with all of the add-ons. Would much prefer total price transparency! Again...no issue at all with the host or the car.

Pick up was great. Another host had cancelled our reservation while we were on our flight. This host was able to accommodate us on a short notice. The car is older, but in good repair and was perfect for our trip. Because it's older it doesn't have a USB port to plug in your phone to charge, so just be aware that you may want an adapter to use the cigarette lighter power port. Otherwise, great economical car!

The rental process was the easiest I ever experienced. Convenient location along with well explained details for the pick up of the vehicle. The car itself was good overall condition, clean and well maintained. The return instructions were equally well written.
