The rental process was the easiest I ever experienced. Convenient location along with well explained details for the pick up of the vehicle. The car itself was good overall condition, clean and well maintained. The return instructions were equally well written. The instructions 24 hours before the reservation was to start were clear and once we arrived at Boston Logan, finding the car was really easy and straightforward. We had a great trip using Leena's car! It was clean, got great gas mileage, and was very spacious for such a compact sedan - we were easily able to fit our large checked bag and two carry-ons in the trunk. When we had questions (like when we accidentally activated the kill switch), she replied to our communication quickly & efficiently. The nav system worked great with our phones (we were nervous about this after our last experience with one of the big rental companies). 10/10 would recommend and would rent from again!
Excellent Rental! James was probably the best host we have had with Turo. Very Communicative and always invested in us having a good time. He was extremely accommodating and had the car in great condition with less than 24 hrs notice. The car seems well maintained and drove great. Every time I have booked with him the cars have been very clean and I have had no issues at all. My most recent booking there was a problem where the car I booked was not returned by the previous customer. Alan went about and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he gave me 4 different options for other cars I could take and they were all newer and double the price of the one I originally booked.
