We had a great trip using Leena's car! It was clean, got great gas mileage, and was very spacious for such a compact sedan - we were easily able to fit our large checked bag and two carry-ons in the trunk. When we had questions (like when we accidentally activated the kill switch), she replied to our communication quickly & efficiently. The nav system worked great with our phones (we were nervous about this after our last experience with one of the big rental companies). 10/10 would recommend and would rent from again!

We really enjoyed the car. It’s an older vehicle, but it was clean, well maintained, and did exactly what we needed. The host communicated very well and provided thorough instructions throughout the rental, which made the experience easy. The only challenge was returning the car. Since I couldn’t park it at the host’s location, I had to spend about 45 minutes driving around looking for street parking. Returning to Boston on a Sunday made finding a spot especially difficult. Fortunately, I eventually found one, but it’s something future renters should keep in mind if they’re unfamiliar with parking in the area.
I had a great experience renting Alvin’s Tesla. The car was clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to drive throughout my trip. Alvin was very flexible with my plans and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and he was accommodating when my schedule changed. I would definitely rent from Alvin again and highly recommend both him and his Tesla to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable ride.

This was one of the most positive rental experiences I can think of to date. Wilberto was extremely responsive and his Cayman was exceptionally clean. My wife and I took it from RI to Bar Harbor and back to Boston, and his car and service made the trip that much more memorable. I could not recommend his team highly enough, I would for sure rent again if I’m in the area.
5⭐️ Alan is by far the best Turo host I have dealt with. He is extremely reliable and very quick to respond and makes sure everything is taken care of. Every time I have booked with him the cars have been very clean and I have had no issues at all. My most recent booking there was a problem where the car I booked was not returned by the previous customer. Alan went about and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he gave me 4 different options for other cars I could take and they were all newer and double the price of the one I originally booked. I highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a vehicle to book with Alan.

I’m giving Terry a 5 star rating for his communication and support with the refund process. The car’s exterior is in good condition. However, the pictures of the car posted, are not images of the car you are renting. The interior looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a few years. There was years of build up in the console. There were stains on the passenger seat and driver seat. Additionally, the car was covered in dog hair and smelled as such. I had to cancel the reservation after discovering the car’s condition. While I understand the listing is at a reasonable price, the car’s condition clearly does not meet Toro’s rental community standards. For that reason, I was immediately refunded for the trip.
