We really enjoyed the car. It’s an older vehicle, but it was clean, well maintained, and did exactly what we needed. The host communicated very well and provided thorough instructions throughout the rental, which made the experience easy. The only challenge was returning the car. Since I couldn’t park it at the host’s location, I had to spend about 45 minutes driving around looking for street parking. Returning to Boston on a Sunday made finding a spot especially difficult. Fortunately, I eventually found one, but it’s something future renters should keep in mind if they’re unfamiliar with parking in the area.

We had a great trip using Leena's car! It was clean, got great gas mileage, and was very spacious for such a compact sedan - we were easily able to fit our large checked bag and two carry-ons in the trunk. When we had questions (like when we accidentally activated the kill switch), she replied to our communication quickly & efficiently. The nav system worked great with our phones (we were nervous about this after our last experience with one of the big rental companies). 10/10 would recommend and would rent from again!

He was extremely accommodating and had the car in great condition with less than 24 hrs notice. The car seems well maintained and drove great. 5⭐️ Alan is by far the best Turo host I have dealt with. He is extremely reliable and very quick to respond and makes sure everything is taken care of. Every time I have booked with him the cars have been very clean and I have had no issues at all. My most recent booking there was a problem where the car I booked was not returned by the previous customer. Alan went about and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he gave me 4 different options for other cars I could take and they were all newer and double the price of the one I originally booked. I highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a vehicle to book with Alan.
