We had a great trip using Leena's car! It was clean, got great gas mileage, and was very spacious for such a compact sedan - we were easily able to fit our large checked bag and two carry-ons in the trunk. When we had questions (like when we accidentally activated the kill switch), she replied to our communication quickly & efficiently. The nav system worked great with our phones (we were nervous about this after our last experience with one of the big rental companies). 10/10 would recommend and would rent from again!

I’m giving it 5 stars for goat communication and the price ease of pick up and distance from airport. The car was also quite clean! However, the car did not smell very pleasant and made some strange noises but I really can’t complain considering the price and so forth. I do recommend.

I’m giving Terry a 5 star rating for his communication and support with the refund process. The car’s exterior is in good condition. However, the pictures of the car posted, are not images of the car you are renting. The interior looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a few years. There was years of build up in the console. There were stains on the passenger seat and driver seat. Additionally, the car was covered in dog hair and smelled as such. I had to cancel the reservation after discovering the car’s condition. While I understand the listing is at a reasonable price, the car’s condition clearly does not meet Toro’s rental community standards. For that reason, I was immediately refunded for the trip.

A rental! First of all, the best smelling car I’ve ever rented from anywhere! It was so clean, and it drives great. Karolline was a wonderful host.
